Our strongest evidence is not simply the initial installation. It is what customers do afterwards — renew, expand and continue using the platform as part of the way their estates are operated.

What we mean by evidence

A case study should show more than an installation.

We look for evidence across the whole project lifecycle — what the estate looked like before deployment, what changed operationally and what the customer did after seeing the system in use.

For larger estates, we do not believe the first project has to cover every room or building. It needs to generate enough evidence to determine whether wider rollout is justified.
